  • United Way of the Bluegrass – Extreme Community Makeover! 
shtree.jpgshgretchen.jpgThis popular volunteer makeover project focus was on nonprofit childcare providers who are currently participating in Kentucky’s STARS for Kids new quality rating system. Volunteer teams provided the time, talent, energy and $500 budget to renovate rooms.  I helped the Womens Lawyer's Group of the Fayette County Bar with Southern Hills Early Childhood Education Prorgam's Playground.  Thanks to the Home Depot and the WLGFCB's work, donations, and fundrasing, we created $3,000 worth of art pieces for the playground area, added equipment, flowers, greenery and more!  To see more pictures visit my "photo gallery; murals; outdoor playgrounds; Southern Hills."  Live United, get involved!  Click here: Extreme Makover Informationgood_after.jpgbefore_before.jpginside.jpg
